Mae'n gyfle i bawb sy'n ymwneud \u00e2 bywyd eich plentyn - neu'r plant rydych chi'n gofalu amdanynt - ddod at ei gilydd a rhannu eu barn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gallai hyn gynnwys athrawon, meddygon, yr heddlu, gweithiwr cymdeithasol eich plentyn, a'u rheolwr.  Gallwch ddod \u00e2 rhywun gyda chi am gefnogaeth, fel aelod o'r teulu neu <a href=\"https:\/\/valefamilycompass.co.uk\/cy\/protection\/advocacy-for-children-and-young-people\/\">eiriolwr annibynnol<\/a> sy'n gweithio i sefydliad ar wah\u00e2n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yn y cyfarfod, mae pawb yn cael rhannu eu meddyliau am yr hyn sy'n mynd yn dda, pa risgiau a allai fod, a beth sydd ei angen ar eich plentyn a'ch teulu.
