What is the Vale Family Compass?
We provide a range of information, advice, support and protection for children, young people and their parents and carers and families in the Vale of Glamorgan.
We have brought together the Family Information Service, Families First Advice Line, and the Intake Team.
We aim to provide you with the right information and support at the right time from your first point of contact.
Make a referral
If a child or young person is in immediate danger please call 999. Otherwise, if you are worried that they are at risk of harm, abuse, or neglect, please contact us as soon as possible.
