Report a Concern
If a child or young person is in immediate danger please call 999, otherwise, if you’re worried about someone’s safety, please call us on 0808 281 6727 (option 3) to share your concerns.
To report a concern out of office hours (evenings and weekends), please contact the Emergency Duty Team on 029 20 788570.
We may ask you for a little more information so we can understand what’s happening and take the right steps to help.
Guidance for professionals
As part of the Wales Safeguarding Procedures, you’ll also need to put your report in writing within one working day using the Multi-Agency Referral Form below:
